Thought of the Day: Kishu Mandarins

Their season is short, from mid-January to mid-February but if you can get your hands on a few, they are a tiny blessing of sweet-tart flavor. Easy to peel and seedless, pop one into your mouth and experience the sunburst in one go. I savor the experience and eat one wee section at a time.
